Minute Sessions

We understand fitting in a workout can be tough with a busy schedule. Our 30-minute power plate classes run regularly through out the week and day. You can come to the ones that work for you! Workout out on vibration for 30 minutes is equivalent to 90 minutes in the gym. Who doesn’t love saving an hour?!

Our trainers our TPI Golf Fitness certified, and our studio is owned by two expert PGA golf professionals.

She holds a NASM certification, as well as a master’s degree in public health and a level 1 TPI golf fitness certification. In addition to her formal training qualifications, she has also competed in half and full marathons herself, making her uniquely qualified to help others achieve their own fitness objectives.
